Who can buy from MobiPhix?
MobiPhix Canada is a business-to-business wholesale distributor. Accounts are intended for repair shops, resellers, and authorized service providers. We verify the business nature of every new account before approval.
How do I create an account?
Sign up through the registration page with your business details. Our team reviews each new account manually — once approved, you'll be able to sign in, see pricing, and place orders. Approval typically happens within 1 business day.
Why can't I see prices?
Pricing is only visible to approved business accounts. If you're signed in and still don't see prices, your account is likely still pending approval. Contact us at info@mobiphix.ca if it's been more than a business day.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Standard Canada-wide delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not through the website. If you're an international buyer, email us at info@mobiphix.ca and we'll arrange a custom quote.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, with an RMA number issued by our team. See our Return Policy for the full breakdown.
Are parts covered under warranty?
Yes. Every part we sell is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from installation, impact, or liquid is not covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and wire transfer. Net terms are available to approved accounts on request.
Do you offer volume or tier pricing?
Yes. Volume and tier pricing is negotiated directly with our team. Contact us at info@mobiphix.ca or (905) 624-5929 for a quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view order status from your account dashboard.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Contact us — we can often source specific parts on request, and our warehouse stock updates throughout the day. We'll let you know expected availability or suggest alternatives.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Local customers can arrange pickup from our Mississauga location at 5080 Timberlea Blvd Unit 19 & 20. Contact us before placing your order to coordinate.
