How to request a return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  • Email info@mobiphix.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
  • Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include a copy of the RMA paperwork, and ship to the address provided with the RMA.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued to your MobiPhix account, typically within 3 business days.

Items we cannot accept

  • Items returned without an RMA number
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items that have been opened, installed, or show signs of use
  • Items damaged during installation or by the customer
  • Special-order or custom-sourced items (unless defective)

Defective items

If you receive an item that is defective on arrival or fails during normal use, it is covered by our lifetime warranty rather than this return policy. Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or credit.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, or defective on arrival). In those cases we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Questions

If you're unsure whether an item is returnable or want to discuss a specific situation, reach out to us at info@mobiphix.ca or (905) 624-5929. We'd rather talk it through than have you stuck with a part you can't use.
