Same-day dispatch

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day, pending stock and payment verification.

We ship with FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post depending on destination, weight, and required delivery speed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day
• Orders requiring manual review, new-account verification, or custom-sourced items may take 1–2 additional business days

We ship to addresses across all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship outside of Canada through the website — if you're an international buyer, please contact us directly at info@mobiphix.ca to arrange a quote.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement.

If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.
