Every part we sell is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Here's what that means and how to make a claim.
What's covered
Parts purchased directly from MobiPhix Canada are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. If a part fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue store credit at our discretion.
What's not covered
- Damage caused during installation (cracked screens, bent frames, lifted connectors, etc.)
- Damage caused by liquid, impact, or physical force after installation
- Wear and tear from normal use (screen scratches, battery capacity degradation over time, etc.)
- Parts that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with
- Parts not purchased directly from MobiPhix Canada
How to file a warranty claim
- Email info@mobiphix.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the defect.
- Our technical team will review the claim and respond, typically within 1–2 business days.
- If the claim is approved, we will issue an RMA number with instructions for shipping the defective part back.
- Once we receive and verify the defective part, a replacement will be shipped or store credit will be issued.
Tips for a smooth claim
- Test parts before installation whenever possible — many of our products can be previewed with a test rig.
- Keep your order number handy. Claims tied to an existing order are processed fastest.
- Clear photos of the defect (especially for display issues — show a solid color background) speed up triage significantly.
