MobiPhix Canada operates as a business-to-business wholesale distributor of mobile device parts, tools, and accessories. Accounts are intended for repair shops, resellers, and authorized service providers. We reserve the right to verify the business nature of any account before approval.

New accounts are reviewed and approved manually. You will not be able to place an order or see negotiated pricing until your account has been approved by our team.

All prices listed on mobiphix.ca are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable federal and provincial taxes, which are added at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability, and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors prior to shipment.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by MobiPhix, stock availability, and verification of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and wire transfer. Net terms are available to approved accounts on request.

Flat-rate CA$5 shipping is available Canada-wide. Orders totaling CA$75 or more ship free. Same-day dispatch is available on orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, pending stock and payment verification.

All parts sold directly by MobiPhix are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, in original unopened packaging, accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team.

Refunds are issued as store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. See our Return Policy and Warranty pages for full details.

• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or any systems connected to the site.
• All content on mobiphix.ca — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of MobiPhix Canada or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MobiPhix Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or the products purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of mobiphix.ca after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
